沐幕是一款用于 Windows 桌面的字幕区域遮挡工具。它在其他应用画面上方创建一块或两块遮挡，帮助用户进行视频听力与语言练习。它不是视频播放器、字幕识别工具、翻译服务或内容平台。Muvail is a subtitle-area masking tool for the Windows desktop. It creates one or two overlays above other apps to support video listening and language practice. It is not a video player, subtitle-recognition tool, translation service, or content platform.
2. 测试版状态2. Beta status
当前版本为公开测试版，仍可能出现错误、视觉差异、兼容性问题或功能调整。请在可接受测试版风险的设备与场景中使用，并在更新前保留重要工作。The current release is a public beta and may still contain errors, visual differences, compatibility issues, or changing behavior. Use it only where beta risk is acceptable and protect important work before updating.
3. 支持范围3. Supported environment
当前支持 Windows 10 22H2 与 Windows 11 的 x64 设备。尚未提供 macOS、ARM64 原生版、Linux 或移动端版本。虚拟机、远程桌面、特殊显卡驱动、受保护内容、管理员权限应用或第三方覆盖层可能表现不同。The current release supports x64 devices on Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11. Native macOS, ARM64, Linux, and mobile versions are not available. Behavior may differ in virtual machines, remote desktop sessions, unusual graphics-driver setups, protected content, elevated apps, or alongside third-party overlays.
4. 合理使用4. Acceptable use
你可以将软件用于合法的个人、学习或工作场景。不得利用软件破坏系统、绕过访问控制、干扰他人设备、侵犯他人权利，或从事适用法律禁止的活动。You may use the software for lawful personal, educational, or work purposes. Do not use it to damage systems, bypass access controls, interfere with another person's device, infringe rights, or carry out activity prohibited by applicable law.
你对自己观看、播放和处理的第三方视频、字幕与课程内容负责。使用沐幕不代表获得这些内容的版权或使用许可。You are responsible for the third-party videos, subtitles, and course content you view or use. Using Muvail does not give you any copyright or license to that content.
5. 安装包分享5. Sharing the installer
在测试阶段，你可以把从官网获得的、未经修改的完整安装包分享给朋友试用。不要修改安装包、冒充官方发布、捆绑其他程序，或移除安全与版本信息。为了得到最新版本与校验值，优先分享官网链接。During beta testing, you may share the complete, unmodified installer obtained from this site with friends. Do not alter it, present it as your own official release, bundle other programs, or remove safety and version information. Prefer sharing the website link so recipients can obtain the latest version and checksum.
6. 品牌与内容6. Brand and content
“沐幕”、Muvail、应用图标、官网设计、文案与软件代码中的相关权利由各自权利人保留。除非另有明确许可，不得复制产品品牌、视觉资产或网站内容并用于误导性发布。Rights in the names 沐幕 and Muvail, the app icon, website design, copy, and software code are reserved by their respective rights holders. Unless explicitly permitted, do not copy product branding, visual assets, or site content for a misleading release.
7. 试用、购买与许可证7. Trials, purchases, and licenses
购买功能只有在官网明确显示价格、商户主体、退款政策并启用支付方式后才开放。在此之前，页面上的“待开通”或“待公布”不构成销售要约，官网不会接受付款。Purchasing opens only after the site clearly displays pricing, merchant identity, refund policy, and an enabled payment method. Until then, “coming soon” or “to be announced” is not an offer for sale and the site does not accept payment.
许可证与购买邮箱关联，无需建立沐幕账号；新商业版许可证最多同时激活三台个人设备。你可以先在旧设备停用再转移到新设备；无法访问旧设备时，可通过购买邮箱验证后远程释放该席位。请妥善保管许可证、激活凭据与一次性设备管理链接，不要公开分享或转售。A license is associated with the purchase email and does not require a Muvail account; a new commercial license may be active on up to three personal devices at once. Deactivate an old device before moving to a new one; if the old device is inaccessible, its seat can be released after verification through the purchase email. Keep license, activation credentials, and single-use device-management links private and do not publicly share or resell them.
72 小时试用会在首次安装或首次启动时由应用静默请求；离线或服务不可用不会阻塞软件基础界面，重新安装或重试也不会重置服务器已开始的试用。许可证需要首次联网激活，并会定期联网验证；有效的本地凭证可提供最长 14 天离线使用。服务端以经过验签的支付通知作为付款与授权状态依据，支付完成页面本身不构成付款确认。The app quietly requests the 72-hour trial on first installation or first launch. Offline or unavailable-service states do not block the basic app interface, and reinstalling or retrying does not reset a trial already started by the server. A license requires initial online activation and periodic online validation; a valid local credential can provide up to 14 days of offline use. The service relies on signature-verified provider notifications for payment and entitlement status; a payment-complete page alone is not confirmation.
8. 可用性与责任8. Availability and responsibility
软件按当前可用状态提供。我们会认真修复已知问题，但无法保证在每一种设备、播放器、显卡、显示缩放或系统状态下始终无错误、不中断或产生完全一致的视觉效果。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，使用测试版产生的风险由用户自行承担。The software is provided as currently available. We work to resolve known issues but cannot promise error-free, uninterrupted, or identical visual behavior on every device, player, graphics setup, display scale, or system state. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you assume the risks of using the beta.
9. 更新、停止与条款变化9. Updates, discontinuation, and changes
测试期间可能增加、修改或移除功能，也可能发布兼容性或安全修复。条款发生实质变化时，会在本页更新日期。若你不同意更新后的条款，应停止使用之后发布的版本。Features may be added, changed, or removed during beta testing, and compatibility or security fixes may be released. If these terms change materially, we will update the date on this page. If you do not agree with the updated terms, stop using releases governed by them.
