We do not issue private transfers through WeChat, Alipay, or bank accounts. Paddle provides the status and credit note; arrival time depends on the payment method.
年度版取消续费后，通常可使用到当前已付周期结束，之后不再扣款。退款是退回本次付款；获批后对应授权会被撤销。年度版如获立即退款，也会停止后续续费。Canceling renewal for an annual plan normally keeps access active until the end of the paid period and prevents the next charge. A refund returns the current payment; once approved, the related entitlement is revoked. An immediately refunded annual plan is also stopped from renewing.
沐幕许可证不可拆分。经支付提供商确认的任何正额退款或拒付都会撤销该笔购买对应的完整许可证。为避免误解，我们通常只处理全额退款；如涉及部分退款，会在操作前明确告知授权仍将整体撤销。A Muvail license is indivisible. Any positive refund or chargeback confirmed by the payment provider revokes the full license linked to that purchase. We normally use full refunds; before any partial refund, we will disclose that the entire entitlement will still be revoked.
